Marta A. Nowinska, Inner Work Coach, Canada

Your Inner Work Catalyst

Marta is a self-mastery practitioner who dives deep along with high-performers, leaders, and visionaries to guide them through the nuanced territory of Inner Work.

Marta has experienced Bay Street banking, competitive chess tournaments as a teenager, social entrepreneurship, speaking at TEDx, fire-walking in India, as well as living in 3 countries and travelling to almost 30 in Europe, South East Asia, and North America.

Marta's most exponential personal and professional transformation occurred when she embarked on daily Inner Work with herself.

Going within has fascinated Marta for the last 15 years until she finally unleashed her gifts with Inner Work and shared them with fellow leaders. While she has long curious about the inner world, it was while in India that she had an AH-HA moment about the value of travelling within.

Marta's inner journey has been deeply enriched by experiences such as visits to a Yoga University in India, a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat, multiple extended water fasts, contact improvisation dancing, and the invaluable teachings of many enlightened masters.

In her heart, Marta is a spiritual seeker and a conscious entrepreneur who advocates for deep self-connection and meaningful business connections. Over time, this has made her a successful curator and catalyst of synergistic group experiences.

She lives by a daily Inner Work practice and, with joy and infinite dedication, helps fellow business leaders navigate through the inner metamorphosis. Her approach is rooted in mindfulness; it's experiential, deep, creative, collaborative and highly results-focused.

Marta brings a unique slant to Inner Work and taps into her creative toolbox of techniques with each inner journey. She firmly believes in focusing the energy on doing the self-work to experience shifts and breakthroughs.
